NUPROL 4.ZERO is the highest-pressure silicone-free formulation in the NUPROL gas structure, engineered for heavy bolt rifles, DMR platforms and reinforced high-mass gas blowback systems. Matching the output profile of 4.0 while eliminating silicone content, 4.ZERO delivers maximum operating force within a clean internal environment.

Heavy steel bolts, extended travel systems and upgraded recoil assemblies require substantial driving pressure to maintain reliable cycling. 4.ZERO provides the ultra-high-pressure output necessary to overcome this mechanical resistance while maintaining a controlled and predictable pressure curve.

The blend incorporates NUPROL’s advanced micro-dose trace additive expansion system to promote rapid and stable gas expansion during each firing cycle.
