1.3. Items that are personalized, customized, or altered according to your specifications are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

2.2. Approval:

Upon receiving your return request, we will review the details and provide you with further instructions, including the return address. Please wait for our approval before shipping the item(s) back to us.

2.3. Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your reference. 

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1. Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please specify the desired replacement when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) as outlined in section 3.1.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1. Inspection:

We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping them to ensure they are free from defects or damage. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately.

4.2. Resolution:

We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the problem. Please provide us with clear photographs or videos that show the damage or defect to assist in our assessment.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt:
– Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, socks)
– Items marked as final sale or clearance
– Gift cards
– Tailor made or customised items.
– Items mixed inseparably or altered after receipt.
– Items used more than necessary for the purpose of inspection.
